i have a feeling boon will be at san dieago comic con in july and maybe we will get more dlc since he did tweet more dlc is inbound

what better way to promote it than at comic con?

His design is all over the place lol.

NRS, I honestly appreciate your support for the game. The next patch shows that you guys do listen to people, so why don't you listen here when it comes to certain skins. Let me tell you what I want (Not speaking for anybody else)

NO MOAR DERPEST NIGHT SKINS. They are all ugly and just waste valuable costume spots. I mean, the same thing could be said for the Red Son outfits, but at least those look cool. DLC characters should get alts. And as much as I love them, stop giving Batman, WW, Superman, and a few others all the love. Hawkgirl, KF, Sinestro, Ares, and BA need the luv too. Even Lex and Shazam could get more alts. I would love to see everybody get a Classic and New 52 alt. I would also love to see more unique things like WW's #600 outfit or Superman's Godfall. So lets see....

Superman doesn't need anything beyond a classic alt. Same goes for Batman and WW. Aquaman is in desperate need of a New 52 alt and a fully bearded, long haired alt. His New 52 and classic are too similar to get separate alts. Cyborg could use a Teen Titans TV show alt. Raven needs a New 52 and White Hood alt. Shazam, Classic alt, NOW. Batgirl needs a Stephanie Brown, Cassandra Cain, and Batwoman alt. Green Lantern needs a Parallax alt, and pretty much an alt including every Lantern color that he doesn't already have. Flash...Kid Flash alt. Scorpion could get a Classic alt. Green Arrow needs a Red Arrow alt and a classic alt. Hawkgirl, New 52 and classic (helmetless would be great too). Nightwing. It is about time he gets a Robin alt and an Arkham City alt would be good too.

Grundy needs Classic and Arkham City. Bane needs classic and Arkham City. Doomsday....not so sure. Sinestro needs a Classic, Parallax, and Green Lantern Corps alt. KF needs classic and some tv show appearance alt. Ares, classic alt. Black Adam, GIVE HIM HIS NEW 52. PLEASE. And a classic. Joker, New 52. Harley, New 52 (I legitimately would main her if she had her New 52). Deathstroke could get an Arkham Origins or Arrow alt. Catwoman is pretty good I guess. Lex could get whatever...Lobo needs a STAS alt. Zod, MoS alt, and classic alt.

We're done here....

King Contradiction I agree with some of the stuff you are saying, I don't agree with some of your choices but whatever, it's not my taste and you're not speaking for me :D
But instead of opinion mongering I'm just going to point out a few tiny things:
  • Much though I would love alts for the DLC characters, and I believe they should have had at least one each at download (even if it was a secondary NRS one like everyone else), DLC for DLC is a thing that doesn't commonly happen in the industry. It is (sort of) a waste of resources, as you are creating skins that not everyone can/will potentially buy, you are actively making content for a smaller consumer base in that case.
  • Superman, Batman and to a lesser extent Wonder Woman sell. It's a fact. They are the Trinity of DC Comics. The reason they get so many skins up for sale is because so many people buy them. I would not be surprised if packs including them sell more than any of the others. Exception: Joker pack, he is one of the most recognizable/favourite villains of DC.
  • I would be a bit annoyed if certain alternate character skins like you suggested didn't have new voice actors... and that takes a bit of time to organize. It's already weird enough listening to Blackest Night Flash be all chipper... especially when he's technically Zoom.
  • It does take them a long time, the detail/work is more complicated, and we've seen what happens with Blackest Night skins if you don't make it right... Flash/Superman freezing randomly after grabs/supers etc.
  • Boon has stated there is lots more on the way, we just have to be patient in the mean time.
  • Maybe the last skin of the Blackest Night pack won't be total arse? Also imma let you finish, but Earth 2 Grundy is the best skin of ALL TIME.

well for starters, you don't know all the dlc. New 52 Pack 2 might be coming. Second, all this shit was planned months ago. You really think any of this can be changed now?

And lastly, and most importantly, who gives a shit? Why do they "have" to do one costume instead of another? You can't sleep at night with that extra 5 bucks in your pocket? This shit is ENTIRELY fluff, if your character gets a bad ass costume, great. If not, oh well, its not like you haven't lived without it this long.

As much as I want shirtless rugged manbeard Aquaman, I know the second that it becomes available Aquaman will become a lot more popular.


The fact that he's Aquaman and is viewed as "lame" kind of helps keep him from showing up so damn much. Which is great because Aquaman is top 3 good, imagine how annoying it would be if he popped up as much as Superman or Batman.

Worst part or the disappointing Aquaman skin for me is that I'll probably get it anyway because I'm so damn bored of his current looks. I really hate all of them. Guess it might depend on who else is in the pack.

If they can give Batman a silly Russian hat, they can give AM long hair and a beard. WHAT UP NRS?!?!?

To the people that responded to my post:
That entire thing was more of a rant if anything. What is the number 1 thing in ranting? You throw all logic and actual realism out the window and just say whatever you want. You pretty much express your thoughts even if it makes sense or not. When you take into account all the things you both pointed out, a large amount of my entire post is invalid. So, basically, I was getting my feelings out. Still hate those Blackest Night skins though.
