I believe you get these things by opening chests, I found the recipe for it but not the items. Unless there’s a special location for them or they’re in fire or Shao Kahn chests that I don’t know of. Didn’t spend much time in the Krypt so far.

Eye can be gotten by smacking spiders in the Carcass of the Kytinn Queen area.

Make sure your 'being roasted by fire breathing spider' insurance is paid up.
