I'd like him to maybe get a spin move (like kabal) and keep his running man cancels (also kind of like kabal). Basically make him kabal

In all seriousness, I think his trait stays mostly same, barring any potential effects gear could have. For as much as I loved going to 50/50 town, I'm hoping he (and the rest of the cast for that matter) have those toned down in their effectiveness. And his bf2, should it return, might need to be toned down as that was an absolutely ridiculous whiff punisher and footsie destroyer

Wonder if they make able to throw lightning bolts like in the TV show (whatever type of bolts they are, I can't remember lol. Charge bolt??). That'd be pretty cool.

Yea hadn't thought about that, could be interesting. They could completely change up his play style if they wanted by adding shazam esque lightning bolts and a teleport. I'd love for running man cancels to stay too.

I just hope he feels faster and increased mobility compared to other characters, he is the Flash after all. I am sure they will get his powers right. I am just worried about the gears concept.

I think incorporating more things from the TV show, and his overall power base, would go a long way. Not just throwing lightning, but static discharge attacks/punches, return of the phase dodge and maybe even an option to dash through opponents for mix-ups, similar to Sabrewulf's feral dash in KI.

I think they will change his trait. I am a huge Flash fan and if they tone the trait down they need to improve his mobility.

Just give me rms cancels, get rid of 50/50 bs across the board and keep his trait the same or something comparable. Considering how he played and thinking of the bitching about him toward the end of igaus lifespan thats very unlikeley to happen though.

^ A teleport would be cool. I'd love for him to have the RMS cancels again too. I don't feel like they got enough use throughout IGAU life span so I'd love to see NRS build on that. A high execution pressure character please.

Looks like super girl got the "run so fast around the world it's basically a teleport" move. However if I remember correctly his throw in mo vs dc was like that

As much as I dislike the fact that the costume doesn't cover his chin I'm still pretty hype for the movie.

Im still praying Flash is just redesigned around Fei Long rekkas. The animation of him zipping from neutral stance to rekka fist with just a lighting trail would look so cool and if you confirmed into all 3 hits it could trigger his mid match dialogue but itll never happen...

I think the returning characters that haven't been shown are mainly because they're exactly the same as i1 and they want us to discover that ourselves when the game is out. You know, to savor that disappointment once you've already bought the game.
