Having trouble finding decent meterless combos with him, but got a couple that use one bar of meter:
High starter:
(jip) b1,2,u1, b1,2,u1~EX spikes, jip, f4,2,1~mid spikes: 43%, 46% with jumpin at start

Low starter:
(jip) b3,3~EX Spikes, jip, f4,2,1~midspikes: 39%, 42% with jumpin at start

b3, 3 adds 1% more, not sure if safe on block.

Also, it looks like most of the strings you'd use for combos can be cancelled into a teleport on block to make 'em pretty safe.

Freddy's projectiles are sick, super fast and hit crouching opponents.

Anyone found a use for his nightmare stance yet?

Each version of it is useful, ones a launcher, ones an overhead and ones a low.

You can also cancel out of it with any special move.

Definitely for reals the only one's I've come up with so far are:

JIP B2 EX Spike, JIP F21, close spike, Dash, F21, Glove Toss - 44%

JIP F214, EX Spike, JIP F421, Mid Spike - 46%

Sweet Dreams can be used with teleport pretty well, just tele and start your pressure or grab while they're dazed.

not had a chance too test combos but it looks like he could have some gdlk rests with that trance like move?
