ya d3 smoke away is one of his best tools in the matchup. Make your damage count, punish everything that is punishable, and turtle him to try to bait out mistakes when you have a life lead because he will have to come in. Any time he is close to full screen pepper him with smoke bombs and see how he reacts. If he likes to jump then look for an opening to dash in and anti-air.

Mileena against Liu Kang is my favorite match up. It's really fan and the way I see it is the absolut definition of 5/5 (excluding mirrors).
