Fatal Blow Armor - Whats the competitive consensus?

as you might know, the game options allow to set fatal blow armor to be either instant or delayed. i think its a terrible idea to make something like that an option. but its there, so is there any consensus yet which is the way to go?

edit: actually i see a lot of options in "tournament" of which im not sure if they were there pre-patch.

like
"Fatal Blow Cooldown"
"Fatal Blow Damage Boost"
"Fatal Blow Delayed Armor"
and
"Enable AI"

Can this be changed for the game's Tournament Mode though? Isn't the default "delayed" and that's where it stays in said mode?
