F2~Up Guns: Better frame trap, more damage

So, for those who may not realize, Harley can do f2~db1 instead of f2~df1 on most characters in the corner. Db1 is +4 on block, and can be hit confirmed into df1 pretty easily for more damage than the commonly used f2~df1.

She is also in throw range on block, while plus enough that only characters with 6f pokes can trade with the throw.

It does actually have a gap that can be back dashed (nothing else), but since this only works in the corner and up guns have crazy recovery, Harley can full combo punish the backdash.

The most important factor is knowing who you can use this on. That is the primary purpose of this post. I got bored and made a list.
