So since there is no Player 1 advantage, like in MK9, I have decided to try out if "Draw Game" is possible in Injustice: Gods Among Us. Here what I have found. Unfortunately I still don't know, if draw game is possible here, but I guess it is after you reaching final Extended Match.

It appears, that if both players defeated each other at the same time, they both granted with equal amount of health, so you can continue the match till the victory. And this can happen three times.

Ok, I just was able to hit with both Batman at once after third Extended Match and what I've got? Another Extended Match with the same amount of health, that is going after third EM. Then I've done EM 5th time and it happens again - EM with the lowest amount of health. So it seems that Injustice don't have draw games, only one can win.

This was announced awhile back. Folks who played KoF XIII knew what was up and how hype it was going to be and we started posting about it on GAF.
