Was anyone else as impressed by the reception that MK9 got at EVO as I was?
I'm new to the MK scene, having just recently got involved with the release of MK9. I haven't posted much on the forums but I have read alot, and I am extremely happy with how the game was received at the finals today. I can tell how devoted this community is to making MK a flagship competitive fighting game franchise and it was really awesome to see the game finally get the attention it deserves.
It definitely got me excited to start practicing the game again, and to try and develop my local scene to get more players involved. Hopefully I'll be able to attend next year's EVO and see the community come together in person!
