The people behind the Evolution Championship Series have uploaded the full Top 8 archives for both Mortal Kombat 9 and Injustice: Gods Among Us to Youtube. Sunday for both games was both wildy unpredictable and exciting; if you missed the action (or if you just want to relive the experience) be sure to check them out.
Also, I wanted to thank all of you guys for the comments I got during the Evo weekend. It was overwhelmingly positive! Last year I got caught in a trap with commentary and I wasn't too happy with the result (and many of you weren't either). I took the feedback I got then into consideration when I was assigned commentary this year. I know it's impossible to keep everyone happy but I hope it was a noticeable improvement to most people.
I definitely didn't want to make the same mistakes, so I made sure I leveled up. I prepped like Batman and took extensive notes before and during the tournament with Medina and Ultradavid. A few others helped along the way via twitter and text messages as well, so thank you guys for that too. It really made a huge difference.
Anyway, I'm going to keep at it and hopefully next year will be even better. And you guys better still be playing MK9.
