very effective against jump in punches. what is his best anti air now?

He still has that move in everything except Outlaw (it is replaced with the sandspray thing).
Additionally, you can use b2 or air-to-air attempts pretty effectively. You can confirm off a b2 into RC f24 211 dbf2 or something like that pretty consistently.
