I believe REO v Decay needs to be moved to winners, that looks like winners semis

Watching REO play Frost, there are so many combo drops.

This is because KF combos are incredibly execution heavy. Even when REO started going to the easier combos (using 2~slide instead of 22~slide or 11b2~slide), there were still quite a few common drops (things like jump instead of u3, d2~grab instead of 2~grab).

Also, it confirms what's been known for a while that KF is much more viable when there aren't any interactables in play.
