Question - Liu Kang Dragon's den brutality help

I've unlocked this brutality in the krypt and have been trying to pull it off. But it simply doesn't come out. I do the req d b 2, 3 times (at least) during the match. But when i ex it to finish the opponent off it doesn't register as the brutality. Anyone have a clue or an idea how to actually get this one?

Having the same issue, his DB2 Brutality doesn't trigger for me either.
Not even in Test your Luck Brutality Kombat, where the requirements are not needed.
I have a feeling it's bugged.
(Yes I have it unlocked)

I do it without having it unlocked . Think you have to hit in the stomach with it on kill .

I can't do the parry brutality though which frustrates me because i kill with that alot lol
