One thing I just find so funny is how people pretend homosexuality is the only sin in the world.
God forbids it! It seems Gay Marriage is the only thing in the world they are against out of every other sin.
If this were the case, once a person is divorced should never marry, as God forbids that too.

Yet, they don't say shit about divorce, tattoos, eating pork, cutting one's hair, fidelity, etc.
People just need to learn to respect people, or at the very least, keep their rude comments to themselves.

This is exactly why I don't agree with living solely by the Bible. People like to say I believe in God and the BIble and then they just pick and choose the parts they like and go by it. The thing I get lambasted for is that I tell people hey I believe in God I just don't believe in the Bible, because it is written by man and man alone, maybe at one point it was the word of God, but since then it has been re-written so many times its not even a shadow of its former self. In most cases religion was used as nothing more than a tool for control over people and that is all organized religion has been since the dawn of time. Also the crazy ideas people get from the book are insane, such as faith healing, so just because Jesus wasn't sick means that you shouldn't see a doctor, or excuse me shouldn't take you child to the doctor, yeah we have seen how that worked with those parents that do that, sure hope God just loves to heal and protect them in their cozy lil cell.

I will say like this, I love God and fully believe in his existence, but I hate his Fan club!

It's not a sure-fire cure... it's just a possible treatment. I've read the paper on homophobia http://psycnet.apa.org/journals/abn/105/3/440.pdf

It seems pretty significant actually. And it's been replicated with different methods and had similar results.

JaredL: There is nothing wrong not liking the viewing of homosexual behavior, its perfectly natural to not like seeing it. I myself am grossed out by seeing two men do things and like Jared I don't feel they should be treated differently from other people just because they are of that ilk.
