DLC Request: Would you pay for and play Captain Planet?

I know there's a 0% chance this would happen but if Captain Planet was DLC would you pick him up? To be honest I only want him as a troll character but i did like the tv show when i was a kid and all these years later i still know the theme song word for word.

So come on TYM Planeteers raise your power rings up and say it with me, THE POWER IS YOURS!!!!!

Mostly wanting him as a troll character but i do have nostalgia for him.

It was a 90's childrens animated TV show about environmentalist super hero.

I voted Hell no!.
To be honest though I am a little upset that there wasn't a more forceful and aggressive way in which I could say no. Dug the cartoon however and may go re-watch it now. The possible interactions between him and my boy Swamp Thang are what put me off of the idea.

The theme song is great. At the beginning of every intro the Planeteers summon him just like in the intro the show :D

He's a super hero he would have beef with all the villains as well.

Friends have fought each other in MK and INJ and have had friendly banter.

He would have the best intros so many characters would make fun of him.

As a competitive guy that puts play style over avatars (most of the time) I would buy and lab whoever they made, just out of necessity.

That said, there are two characters I don't want to main. A whopping two characters that I would avoid playing... Superman and Batman. BUT, if Captain Planet was added to the roster, that'd be three characters :)

Those of you that think it would be sunshine and roses, between Planet and the green team, better wake up. No one gets along in fighting games. NO ONE.

Besides, it's like Ivy, Swampy and Planet all signed up for the same job. "Protector of the Green" is a single title, and like Highlander, there can only be one.

There's no indication Ivy and Swampy dislike each other.

Ivy got mad when Swampy went ghost and the flora turned to black and he finally came back. Other than that, they didn't even know about each other.

They wouldn't give it all because they're a business and they want to make money but if some of the proceeds went to charity that would be cool. And i agree 100% about the PSA intros. It would make for funny interactions.

Am just saying just because two characters have very commons goals doesn't mean they wouldn't fight or have interesting banter.

Swampy: Finally someone who respects nature, we could be great allies.

Planet: (In a very optimistic and corny tone) Remember kids to always make sure you turn the water faucet off all the way to conserve water! (big corny smile)

Swampy: Umm? ... on second thought i think i'll just work alone.

Now that i think about it Planet would be one of the most powerful characters in this game. He has powers of Earth, Fire, Wind, Water, electricity, super strength and speed. He's basically Aquaman, Firestorm, Black Atom, Swamp and Ivy and Flash all rolled into one! (probably throw in Cap Cold/ Freeze in too. I can't remember if he has freezing powers but probably does)

There's so many things you could do with his moveset. I'm really wanting this guy now.
