Ermac could make a reference to his old hara-kiri, by telekinetically forcing his opponent to his/her knees, and then forcing them to smash their own head against the ground repeatedly until something interesting happens.
Jade could use her flash move to become intangible, placing her hands/arms/legs/head/whatever into her opponent, who would get impaled after the flash wore off.
A fatality that could work for either SZ or CSZ: grab hold of opponent's arms and tear them off by pushing them with your foot. Freeze the arms and use them to impale the opponent, once in the foot, securing them to the ground, then to the head, killing.
I liked the necrophilia one for Mileena on the other page, very out there.
