So block break doesn't work on disjointed hitboxes if max ranged, they count as projectiles instead and the action coo and is ignored or as I would put, if sub-zero cannot touch the opponent physical body, the block break never becomes active.

I wonder if same can be applied to breakers.

Yes, i was refering in the 1.12 thread, now you will have to approach using dive kick to get your punish.
