What content is it lacking? Do you mean the 2.1 content? Well...it's because they haven't released the 2.1 patch for the One/PS4 yet. They're going to.

Oh and 2.1 is a huuuuuge patch. Added greater rifts, leaderboards, seasons, items, etc. I can't see console getting leaderboards due to the ridiculousness of item hacking and duping. It would entirely defeat the point and make the console version look really bad. But we'll see.

Console vs. PC is really a matter of what you're used to and what you prefer.

Personally, I play solo a lot so PC/Console doesn't matter that much to me, so the hacking/duping on console doesn't really affect me because I just stay away from it.

On the other hand, I STARTED D3 on PC, so I was used to the mouse/KB method but I find that for melee characters, the pad is FAR superior and feels more visceral than the point and click interface of the PC version. For characters like the wizard that require precise placements of things like black hole and teleport, the PC provides an immeasurable amount more precision for control as the console really only teleports a specific distance and calls it a day. The PC allows you to pick the exact spot you want to teleport to.

It's all personal preference, and I don't get much time to play these days so I'll likely be playing on Console more often (when I play) because it's a more accessible to me, but I will also probably put some time into PC because I have lots of friends that play there as well.

They're not supporting the PS3 or Xbox 360 with any future patches. The next-gen consoles will be supported.

This is the first Diablo game I've played (got it for PS4) and just finished act 2. The game is great. I just started putting time in this week and it's fun as hell. I haven't played with anyone on my friends list yet.

The console versions are not 6 patches behind. They're on 2.0.6, which is the patch before 2.1, which the PS4 and One are going to get.

Thought it was 2.0.04. My mistake. The item duping is still a big issue though

Even with people duping and things of that nature, it shouldn't affect the average player. There's no PvP and no more Auction Hall so their gear is irrelevant to what you have honestly earned yourself. I mean someone else having crazy good gear does not take away from my own enjoyment of me knowing that I can consistently beat higher Torment levels.

Il be farming t6 act 1 bounties tonite, now that t6 caches are guaranteed legs drops. Can always use a better rorg, and i usually knock out act1 in about 12 to 15 minutes.

Agreed. Duping I can handle. Modded items, no thanks. I'll leave the game if someone joins and has modded gear and refuses to leave. That ruins the whole purpose of the game.

I have a Witch Doctor on the console version of RoS. I deleted all my characters on PC a few days ago.

I can run T6 pretty efficiently. The pet build is so OP.

I'm trying to get together a physical/horrify build. That voodoo mask that locks down enemies for up to 8 seconds is the shit imo

physical pets and the zombie charger physical dmg rune, but for this to work best I really need a starmetal so I can drop big bad voodoo all the time to regen mana for Zombie Charger while everything is locked down with Horrify
