The online capabilities says 1-8 for online multiplayer so im pretty sure koths will return.
Isn't it confirmed by the achievement trophy list? I might be confused so don't take my word for it I guess.

Its a simple truth. They already put the money maker in there. Anyone else is just garnish.
Because it's a demo. They want to demo as much of the game as they can without revealing too much of the release version. It looks to me that Lex is in over Superman because they already have a power class character in Wonder Woman so they put Lex in for gameplay variety.
The noobs sucked with Scorps so...
