TL;DW
-d4 range and hit advantage is crazy
-Not to mention a close d4 can jail opponent into most of Bo's combo strings
-A close d4 followed by a f3 cancel into f1,1 can catch backdashes
-max range d4 in the corner can give safe chip/corner pressure
-max range d4 midscreen followed by f3 cancel puts you in position for another max range d4
-d4 into f3 setup (3 frame gap for opponent to armour or backdash)
-f3 on hit mixup game is strong
-f3 can be cancelled to make you safe after d4
-f3 cancel ambiguous setup
-f3 cancel makes Bo move fast without costing stamina
-
d4 can jail into b3 if frame perfect
-b3 mix up game is strong

jailing means that opponent has no option but to block,
that d4 is +23 and f3 26 frames it doesnt jail, theres 3 frames for your opponent to do something about it even if your frame perfect, d4 would have to be +26 or more for f3 to jail

You're right. Though in the instance that the opponent has no stamina, armour, or breaker, f3 does jail because they have to take the hit at that point.

A better term to use would be inescapable. Jail is a term meaning that it is a true blockstring, it isn't a term meant to describe the options the opponents have.

Many things in the game can give you slight advantage then allow an inescapable follow up if the opponent does not have stamina or meter. You could say Cassie's b124 is inescapable without meter or stamina; however, it would make no sense to ever say this string jails.

I'll make the appropriate changes in the next little while
