I like using 141 and f3b4 with ex slow ball out, while one has a gap and the other unsafe the threat of ex slow ball will usually just stop that. And on block it staggers them back so much you can run back in and do it again or something else. Even ghetto grandmaster sub tactics like throw them into it, tech roll and slide for 14% if you wanted to.

You can also just go ahead and start going for mixups as well, you can combo from sweep to forceball for a combo as well (kinda like spec ops cassie sweep to ex missile) or just run in and do b2 for overhead options.
