It's still a bug. The pause menu says: You don't lose health. They need to change it if it's untrue.

That's exactly my issue with it. I hope they do change it back to pre 1.05 patch. At least then we would have a reason to use it outside of "debuffing" plus it would be nice for NRS to correct their move lists misprints.
