Mileena: jip, b14, 234, 234 roll, dash under 4 neckbite. (idk the actual percentage, but its in the 40s)

Sonya: jip divekick 21 cartwheel, b21 kiss, dive kick 314 ms f1 leg grab (51% i think)
 
for Sheeva:

JP > 12B1 > NJP > B2 1+2 xx Grab N Punch (BF3, needs a better nickname!) 45%
I strongly believe that this combo misses on Kitana and Mileena. Or I might just be bad.

Here is one that works on the whole cast.

Yes it does miss on their broken small-ass hitboxes.

Yea small hitboxes are broken. Cyrax is fine though.

Like this thread. I'm actually learning how to maximize some damage here.

I'm sure this is known, but you can remove the vb in Raiden's corner combo and get the same damage. Don't know if it is relevant.

You don't need to dash under. It just helps with timing and keeps them in the corner because you need to delay your B14 input or you'll wiff while they're in the air. So yea. Dashing back under isn't needed at all. Because they were so high in the air, I tried seeing if you could add a JK telekick air sai, but you can't. They fall to the ground to fast.

Nightwolf: jip, B22, df1, B2, df1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 112, ff4. (44%) (4 standing 1s is the same damage)
OR: jip, B22, df1, B2, df1, 1, 1, 1, 112, df2 (44%)
