You don't need to dash under. It just helps with timing and keeps them in the corner because you need to delay your B14 input or you'll wiff while they're in the air. So yea. Dashing back under isn't needed at all. Because they were so high in the air, I tried seeing if you could add a JK telekick air sai, but you can't. They fall to the ground to fast.
