-can be done mid screen but doesn't result to much damage.

Tip: Timing is kinda strict so if you miss a couple frames opponents wakeup might hit depending on the special start up frames.

Opponent Tip;
- if you're using lex, if they miss a frame corpse charge will hit or corpse charge will whiff but you will still be able to block the b2.
- if you have a tracking wake up special, you can risk (exclude MMH tele OH or DD maybe) and catch him off a teleport
- if you opt not to wake up special, do establish first that he will always teleport after trait and not HM

hey you might wanna test it with a forward jump or backdash for the HM part, am not trying to discredit you or anything, but just for testing purposes foward jumps are faster that neutral jumps :)

Jf and Jb luckily though activates faster also registers after the character stands up from the hard knockdown. catwoman has a better chance by just ducking :mad: .
 
Yeah, there's something oddly difficult about trying to meaty grab smaller hitbox characters off that face-up, head-towards-you knockdown if they just hold down. Mostly it was just the females and Nightwing iirc.

I'll test this out. I've only tried against catwoman in midscreen, AC*mb trait (you're a bit farther compared to when you do it in the corner). maybe being in point blank range will make it easier.

Just finished testing, In point blank range (similar to the video) meaty HM will connect on characters with smaller hitbox. AC*mb trait to meaty HM on midscreen however won't hit.
