As almost everyone has posted, including myself Random stage selection should be the norm, with loser able to re-random.

Random Stage all the way through for both MK and Injustice.

I agree.

Marvel quickly recognized that when players stopped dropping 40-50% combos - the games went entirely too quickly.

I prefer the evo rules of 50/50 first stage, then loser picks either character or stage.

The second part of that rule should be used in MK as well so the loser can't counterpick character AND stage.

So you want mine, and so many others' favourite character banned just because you don't like him or think that he's too good? Banning Kabal doesn't mean you'll start seeing Jade, Kano, Striker at tournaments, it would be like banning Superman in injustice, you'll still be getting Black Adam, Green Lantern, Aquaman etc.

Someone always has to pick an argument, anyway, considering the fact that Kabal has proven to pretty much break the game yeah I would like him banned, as well Cyrax. No character should have such a high amount of advantage over the rest of the cast. The only reason anyone picks him 90% of the time is because how broken he can be. I was mostly being sarcastic!

Then why would he need to be banned? A character that wasn't even in a lot of people's top 5 defeated the best Kabal player in the world. I really don't see your point here or why he needs to be banned.

What character was used to beat Kabal that is the question.

To be fair Kabal isn't the only broken character, we still have Smoke's reset, CYrax and Kenshi. I'm a Kabal fan too I just didn't like using him, because so many now gravitate towards him due to the NDC and his zoning. NOw being serious I was mainly joking about Kabal, but Cyrax is pretty broke, no character should be able to pull off a 90% combo that is just crazy and broken.

Exactly, that's what I meant when I said 'the game is broken' in my previous post.
I don't care how many people go to Kabal, I've mained him since July '11, he's my favourite character so why should I stop playing him?
It's just really annoying seeing people say, "Ban Kabal", yet Cyrax does 90% with 1 bar and nobody seems to care about that. At least Kabal takes some execution.

The game should be random stage 100%, but I also understand why TO's for whatever reason think it's too difficult to enforce. I wish NRS would find a way to patch in a random stage select option in the Y menu or whatever.

and FFS stop bitching about Interactables, Innovation is the way off life

I strongly recommend against THIS community having input on tournaments, unless we wish to see the following banned at every major:

• Interactables
• Stages with Transitions
• Scorpion
• Superman
• Deathstroke

Deathstroke? He sucks, bro. Scorpion is overrated too.
