General/Other Combo scaling depending on launcher

so i figured once your opponent is launched you can do

f222~db2MB, b3, jf2, f222~df2MB, f222~something

but depending on the launcher, the scaling differs a lot.

if you launch with the safe string 223 (+6 on block), the whole combo does 35%, while launching with f22u1(-15) makes it go up to 45%+. that doesnt have all to do with the launcher damage, which is 9% and 12 %.

any more input on this?
