For this setup, All you need is trait and you can net big damage. This utilizes rocket powers juggle ability while tait is active.

Basically, any time you land a f+3 in the corner, combo into 223(untechable) xx trait xx close rocket power. As they get up, if they get hit by the rockets you can get 38% meter less. If its blocked, you're at significant advantage and can continue on with your b13xxclose rocket power shenanigans

So it goes like this:

F+3, ji3, 223 xx trait xx db2b (rockets hit as they get up) f+3, 123 xx db1, 223 xx db1

F+3, ji3, 223 does 26%. db2b, f+3, 123 xx db1, 223 db1 does 38%. Netting you a total of 64% AND they're back in the corner AND you only used trait while building meter.

With one bar:
F+3, ji3, 223 xx trait xx db2b (rockets hit as they get up) f+3, 123 xx bf1 mb, 223 xx db1, b+1 3 xx db1

First half does 26%, the other does 46%, 72% total but puts them out of the corner.

I'm sure this can be optimized further.

Again, if the rockets are blocked you're at advantage enough that a b+1 will stuff the opponents d+1, and wake up attacks do in fact beat this. But those can always be baited and punished.
