Pretty sure the purple outline character is going to be Kim Wu. Yeah, it looks nothing like her other than somewhat matching her color, but given Kim Wu's initial design, it was NEVER going to look anything like her original incarnation (at least so far as her original was borderline child-nudity...ughhh...)

Honestly you get used to the D-pad.

I'm a D-pad diva (for lack of a better word), and when I picked up KI months ago it was practically unplayable to me. Since then though I've been playing the game more and more, and now I can do fireball motions and the like normally. The D-pad is WAY better than the 360 one by a mile.

@Anbu - The game is so easy to play, execution-wise. The analog stick works perfectly fine...

Though I do use a hitbox. Because pro. But for realsies, if you have issues with execution in this game, how do you play any fighting game? #realtalk

Everyone shits on the Cronus adapter, but honestly...it's been awesome for me. I've used my MadCatz TE for 360 on my XB1 since the first day I bought the console. Unless you plan on going to tournaments and stuff, the adapter is fine. I honestly don't feel any lag when using it. If you have questions about it, feel free to ask. I was NOT about to spend $200 for a new stick either. Especially considering my "old" stick works incredibly well and I have no need for a new one.

I don't have a problem executing combos I have a problem with my circular inputs coming out on pad. Special moves come out inconsistently which is a big problem in a fighting game and is the problem I have.

Sorry, that's just me being a dick. Don't know why.

Do you know that D-DF registers in the game as D-DF-F? For fireball motions. Then F-D-DF registers as an uppercut? Toy with that, might help.

I don't really like Riptor looking like a dinosaur. I like the giant lizard look, personally.

Either way I'm excited to see what's to come. I will always wonder what Double Helix would have done with season 2 and 3. They had such a great vision for this game. It's a shame they never got to finish it.

Tusk and Kim Wu actually are two chars confirmed to NOT be in the game, from what i can tell. Producer Adam Isgreen said a few hours before the trailer dropped "Cinder, Tusk, riptor, kim wu. Only 2 of these will be in KI s2".
