Loved this game when I was a kid... Cinder was definitely my favorite, and Orchid wasn't far behind. I also loved Riptor and Fulgore. I liked everybody else about the same except Spinal... I know he can be deadly in the right hands, but those hands just weren't mine. Never could use him, personally.

We used to have a KI cab in college. It was awesome. Everyone used to come by and play cause we had it on freeplay. I used to be awesome with every char but I've since forgotten how to use every char except orchid, combo, and cinder :( I don't even really remember the play mechanics very well at all either. Very disappointed in myself :( I do play it sparingly on the MAME cab though!

haha, yeah. I used to do cinders and eyedols 99 hit on my roommates and they'd get all pissed and shove me off the stick so I couldn't finish it :)

i spent this weekend trying to get reaquainted with KI. Got some minimal skills back with Jago, and combo. Forgot how fun this game can be.

Cinder and Spinal are my best, though glacius is prob the funnest cause of his teleport. U can fake out fuckers all day with the teleport punch combo starter.

fulgore has the same teleport shit its down back low kick. i use it during the middle of an uppercut 2 catch em on the other side.

orchid is fun for her large combos but she's probably the easiest char to combo break so I don't use her much anymore :( Jago is fun cause he's got a lot of unbreakables. That pisses people off!

honestly i can play with any of them. the amount of hours i put into that game are insane. the most ive put into any fg. but cinder, orchid, fulgore and combo were the ones i consistently used.
