Can a flawless block be flawless blocked?

Hopefully, you guys understand what I mean! But here's a scenario

Player A flawless blocks a string from an opponent and tries to punish with U2 or U3, can the opponent flawless block the punish and counter punish exactly how player A intended?

If he does u2/u3 so that the other player has time to recover do block them then of course it is possible.

Yeah you can but in most cases you'll be recovering from the move they just flawless blocked.

I just want to make it clear for everyone that it doesn’t matter how plus the hit that was Flawless blocked is on block, the u2/u3 done from the FB ignores hitstun completely, so it interrupts the hit’s animation. That is why you punish some plus on block hits at the end of strings, but can’t punish Flawless blocked pokes with it which are -4/-6
