Play King of Fighters sometime and you will know how big of a difference it makes to have the roll as an option on deck at all times. Life changing tool for most characters to be able to dive in on projectiles off of a read to crossup folks or to get out of corner pressure or any number of other situations. KoF rolls are god like for footsies.

I think Santa Monica Studios (The creator of the God Of War series) Could make a pretty legit PS exclusive fighting game of that.

Stuff like that^ only faster is what it gets like for most people who dont convert like a god the Way Bala does (sorry that the guy in this vid sucks at blocking after a roll). That is what I want in Injustice 3. Rolls to go for mixups, to go through projectiles, folks baiting rolls, using rolls against jump ins, etc...they do a ton for the mobility options.
