I decided to open that thread because I didn't saw nothing in here. He's my second character, so I decided to share that info with you guys.
Number of uses to build one bar of meter.
Invisibility - 27 uses
Acid Spit [whiff/on hit] - 27 uses
Acid Spit [on block] - 8 uses
Elbow Dash [whiff/on hit] - 27 uses
Elbow Dash [on block] - 8 uses
Force Ball [whiff/on hit] - 17 uses (Same amount of metter for the two force balls)
Force Ball [on block] - 7 uses (Same amount of metter for the two force balls)
Acid Hand [whiff/on hit] - 17 uses
Acid Hand [on block] - 7 uses
Slide [whiff/on hit] - 17 uses
Slide [on block] - 7 uses
Look that the invisibility builds good meter, we need to use it more often.
His block strings have good meter build too.
the more used block strings
3,2,1 + acid hand = 42,6% of one bar of meter.
3,2 + invisibility + 3,2,1 + acid hand = 63% of one bar of meter.

27 splits = 100% (one bar of meter)
second string + 10 splits = 100% (one bar of meter)
27 = ss + 10
17 = ss
27 = 100%
17 = y(%)
1700/27 = y
y ≈ 63%
3,2 + invisibility + 3,2,1 + acid hand = 63%
I did the same for the first string.
Also if the EX Elbow Dash is blocked, you don't lose a entire bar of meter, you lose 74%.
The base of calculation for this one is the same as the above.
