"Bug Fix" lol right who are you trying to fool

Brainiac - Fixed a bug where Cybernetic Charge was always keeping opponents on the same side, which could prevent it from being able to be jumped over or slide under

It's in the fucking reveal trailer. HIGHLIGHTED as a feature. Check combo at 57 secs in. It's no secret NRS has played off gameplay changes as "bugfixes" for a long time, like they did with say Scarecrow's armor, but this one couldn't be any more blatant. You think they had it present in the Brainiac reveal trailer if it was a bug? And knowing it was a bug, decided to highlight it's side switch capabilities? No, they clearly just forgot about it being in the trailer and are now just being dishonest about a gameplay change. Fuckin NRS man, this company lol

The side switch. They also made the move have less of a vertical hitbox(presumably, it's easier* to jump now) which makes the bug label more curious.

Honestly its not a giant nerf because it gives brainiac other options instead however if we wanna fix bugs how bout fixing real bugs

The trailer isn't showing what is described in the patch notes. The bug did what that says, there were scenarios were you could not jump over. It doesn't mean anti aired well, it means like literally an invisible wall. Fixing this bug has the consequence of altering some of his combos.

We do a relatively in depth stream going over gameplay balance changes when we make purely gameplay balance changes. I am not sure why you'd think we're trying to hide this particular change if it was a balance adjustment. If we wanted to do it we'd just do it.
