I tested this using tym's Wiki frame data.

Block / Hit cancel advantage
1 - +13 / >+30
1,1 - +24 / >+30
1,1,2 - +29 / >+30
b1 - +12-16 / >+30
b1,1 - +20-23 / >+30
b1,1,3 - +24-28 / >+30
d1 - +12-16 / >+30
d1,2 - <+11 / >+30
2 - +18-19 / >+30
2,3 - <+11 / >+30
b2 - +20-23 / >+30
3 - +6-10 / >+30
3,3 - +24-28 / >+30
1 - +14-16 / +20-28 (possibly around +24)
1,1 - +11-16 / +29
1,1,b1 - +20-28 / >+29
1,1,2 - >+29 / >+29
b1 - +20-28 / >+29
f1 - +11-16 / +20-28 (possibly around +24)
f1,2 - +20-28 / >+29 (possibly around +30)
d1 - <+10 / +20-28 (possibly around +21)
2 - +20-28 / >+29 (possibly around +31)
2,2 - +20-28 / >+29 (possibly around +30)
2,b1 - +20-28 / >+29
b2 - +20-28 / >+29 (possibly around +30)

Also after testing these, seems like lasso parry has at least 7 active frames (duration of at least 30 frames on whiff).
Canceling stance change into a special seems to add 5 frames at most to the special's start-up.

so what does this mean, like her recovery time from one move string into a command move?
This means that if you hit your opponent on block with d1 in lasso stance, for example, and want to cancel into a special, it'll take away up to 16 frames from a move's start-up (which is not accurate in this case because I have no legit way to find the exact number). So d1 into any special will have a gap of special start-up frames minus cancel advantage on block, which is at least 1 frame and maximum 10 frames if d1 is canceled into tiara toss. Thus, if it's the first case than you can be interrupted out of d1~tiara only by armored, invincible or 1 frame parry attacks, if it's the second case, then you can be interrupted by any 9 frame or faster attack in the game.
