Best armored reversal

who has the best armored reversal in the game? By best im referring to who gets the most damage from their reversal. I want to be able to fully capitalize on my opponents gaps. The best I've found is tempest kung lao ex spin. I get 37% from it. What can you get from your reversal?

Kung Jin gets a very easy 34% from EX Bo Swing

Can probably squeeze a bit more damage out of it. I don't play him so I dunno.

Goro's EX Punchwalk leads to at least 32% and it's -5 on block and has 2 hits of armor.

kotal kahns ex overhead sword strike. i forgot the exact damage it does, but it leads to 32%+

These are all crazy good (some are even safe) and lead to 30% damage.

If we are talking about functionality it must be buzzsaw ex spin, Tempest spin gets you 35% with the 21 knockdown while buzzsaw only gets you 24% with the 21 knockdown though.
