I always thought U-Sub was a good rushdown character when coupled with well timed close slides.

jade, liu kang, csub, rsmoke, kung lao all have good rush games

Kano good for rushdown? Interesting. He is my new main characther and I never really rushed with him. I sure as hell will now.
