1) the timing is strict but you can auto-correct parry the teleport punch.

2) I don't know why but the teleport punch whiff on a reaction B3 + meter

I habeed teleport punch can only wiff with hitbox shenanigans if its regular teleport. Ex teleport is a true mid.

Batman had a BETTER grapple move in MK VS DC where you could stop scorpions telleport.

I would imagine between parry and mechanical bats, that we have options.
