Tech Batgirl Safe jump vortex.

hey guys i think am picking up babs, she pretty much a better flash at this point so i was in the lab and notice that b2d3 give almost a safe jump on every character, some characters can interrupt the cross up version because you have to the delay the j2 slighty and they can super out of it. big characters like doomsday don't get crossed up at all but they get jailed by j2 anyway.

It's not a cross up. : ( it can be blocked by holding back each time. it makes you land on the other side only if they don't block. Its very tricky to the eye though.. ; )

Are you sure? I was playing around in training with batgirl and I thought smaller characters could forward dash and avoid the j2. I'll double check when I get home

nah its a safe jump unless you try to cross up and yeah if you hold back you will avoid the crossup at least on bigger characters as of now.

edit: this works if you execute the 2 as late as possible for the cross-up. If you want to land the hit in front of them, just do it a little earlier and it will still "look" like a cross-up. What I noticed is that after BOLA, you must dash in and b2d3. JI2, b2d3 pushes them too far back for the cross-up to work. tried this on small characters... (catwoman, harley... etc) not sure if will work on big dudes.

About the vortex stuff I'm a little confused to what it is are they combos or moves?

Vortex is a strategy where you end the combo in a way that puts the opponent in a guessing situation, such as how people say to end with bola j2 111, from there shes at +22 advantage and she can go into another fresh combo either an overhead starter or low starter, so if the opponent is pushing buttons or guessed incorrectly (example. blocked low but batgirl used overhead starter) she gets a new combo unscaled and she can end the combo with a max damage ender or go into the vortex with another bola ender into the same 50-50 situation

Anyways good find I'll be taking this into the lab myself to test with as well, I'm new to batgirl
