Strategy Basic Aquaman "Vortex"

223, and f2, 1+3 cause hard knock downs/splat right? Can't be tech rolled, or woken up from?

This is actually really cool because even if they block you after your jump in you can use aquamans baraka attack to make it safe for chip damage.

good stuff i do this a lot as well , his jumping 3 is highly deceptive when crossing up as well and sets up for some great oki

Absolutely, and be ready to combo with b1,2 for more combo opportunities if it hits. Ending with 223 seems to space for the jump in 3 really nicely.
