Match-up Discussion Bane Matchup?

Batgirl has a couple tough matchups, Doomsday is one of them for sure, but Bane is giving me a hard time, and I'm kicking myself for not being able to figure it out. My main question is the proper way to punish his charge, but I'd appreciate any other insight you guys may have on Bane vs Batgirl.

Don't know much about the matchup but universally mb b/f3 counters the charge

you can MB b/f3 easy on reaction or just jump at the right time and fullcombo him. just test it out in the practise mode, for the timing.

I feel like Batgirl is one of Bane's good match-ups, he just destroys her once he gets going and he can use venom specials to punish her safe mix-ups and single batarang toss. Her teleport is only a threat to him on wake-up, but I think venom double punch/uppercut beats it. RYX tard, give some insight.
