I'm speaking for the community and addressing the people whos mains really do deserve recognition.​
Not tagging anyone, I don't feel it's necessary.​
This should be a sum up of the TYM's most talked about buff/nerf characters. (that were missed)​
It would be greatly appreciated if NRS could implement these in the next patch.​
(This thread is to get a perspective on how the balances stand)​

My personal suggestions:​
- Fix Wake Ups (the fact that if you start doing a mid hitting string while they're getting up from being knocked down, it becomes nearly impossible to wake up.)​
- Make ALL MB b+3 and f+3 more punishable.​

I think Grundy needs a little buff (imho the armor on MB Swamp Hands should be instant)

Without any bias, Nightwing doesn't need any nerfs. He's fine.
I trust you're not being bias since I know you're a NW player, but reason with me on this:

- Flying Grayson (Staff) should be more punishable. (or at least less advantage on block)
- Ground Shock (Staff) should be able to be avoided on reaction, not catch me anti air mid jump.
- d+1 with Staff should be less advantage on hit

What do you think?

This isn't a cry thread DEMANDING buffs. Honestly, i'm fine with no patch at all.

These are what the community is mostly wanting.

Oh and btw, you're Lex is the best i've seen so far.

I trust you're not being bias since I know you're a NW player, but reason with me on this:

- Flying Grayson (Staff) should be punishable. Why? It's high, you can duck it. He needs it to get in on some zoners. Plus you can't MB it for armor, so when you do manage to get in you should be rewarded. You can also pressure after it, it's -3, your d1 will beat out mine.
- Ground Shock (Staff) should be able to be avoided on reaction, not catch me anti air mid jump. It's around 21 frames, if you think it's coming just jump it. You're probably getting hit at the beginning or end of your jump, it doesn't hit mid jump.
- d+1 with Staff should be less advantage on hit. Ok, +11 is a little ridiculous lol. Maybe +7 or +8.

What do you think?

Flying grayson can be ducked and punished with an uppercut.

Ground staff is fine. It does no damage. Imagine if GAs arrows did 8%, that shit would be OP.

D1... meh kind of. Its amazing, but it should probably be toned down to reflect ACTUAL frame data, its like +3 instead of +1.

I do, he get's out-zoned everytime.

He needs something better from afar.

But those nerfs should be implemented for characters that cannot zone. He eats them alive. (Mostly the lower tiers)
So you think he needs something better for zoning, but want to nerf his best tool. Then you want to take away part of the pressure game from a pressure-oriented character in his most rushdown-heavy stance. And you see no problem with these requests.



P.S. You clearly don't know the matchup if you think Nightwing gets zoned for free.

Make all back 3 and forward 3s more punishable meterburned? You mean punishable as in easier to break armor or punishable as in combo punishing the moves disadvantage which the majority of them give advantage.

Green Arrow Minor Buff
The general consensus seems to be that Green Arrow does need a buff. Some have suggested a damage buff and others have suggested he load arrows faster. Some have suggested faster startup of arrows. Either way, most people on the Arrow forum agree he needs a tiny buff.
