The nerf to running buffs Balanced already, but along with a + on block EX push, and launching EX overhead slash, Balanced is definitely a lot better now. Even without armor on EX rising karma (which is a bummer), his S1 already a really good AA, and it becomes better with the universal nerf to jump ins.

damn its at least twice as good as before, Its only 20 on wiff, and Stamina is nerfed, so no more, Duck Run full combo. itll be You duck my shit, I recover in time to EX Push and possibly be plus on it for follow up. i think its ok EX RK last Armor, he has btter armor now with EX BF2
he is looking good, im even willing to bet against this cast and this new meta he is close to A tier. but long ways till knowing that.
