Tech Avoiding punishes with Trait

RizRaz

Errons with combos - always hot.
Testing out several strings as Zod against Superman in Reversal Mode with Super. Zod's got some neat tech with Trait to make him safe against punishment.

When it is active, using Zod's trait a short moment after a string ends causes the reversal window to come out later, keeping your opponent in blockstun a little longer. Enough to make a few more strings completely safe to throw out. If your opponent fails to realise that you're not punishable, they may open themselves up for you to punish them in return.

Out of all the strings, the punishable ones (No trait to increase blockstun) I've found have been:
11
11d2
112 1+2
12
123
b12
b123
21
213
22 1+2
f12
f12 u2
f12 u23
f123

This leaves d12, 112, b23 and 22 as safe pokes by themselves.

With trait staggering the end of strings, the following strings are now safe:
11
11d2
112 1+2
12
123
b12
21
22 1+2
f12
f123

For clarity: These strings would look like 11~4, 11d2~4, 112 1+2~4 etc.

This leaves 213, f12 u2* and f12 u23* as the only unsafe strings when the trait hit is included.

*Unsure about these ones, may not have staggered the hit to the last possible frame. Could be possible. 213 may also be possible, but given that the 3 is punishable on reaction and that 4 seems to interrupt strings, it doesn't seem possible to do a 213 string as 2143 to make it safe. So I'm pretty secure in calling those unsafe.

Hope this helps those of you wanting to lock people down and create some fear in being even more dangerous with Zod's trait active.
