for the Kano ball. Some characters have the Same concept after a very Late NJP into an attack. For example Cyber subzero.
With CSZ, u can do NJP (late one) into a dive kick. if opponent got hit by the NJP, the Dive Kick will be Blockable! resulting in Major Punishment to SCZ
