These all take full kameo unless stated otherwise. Also, at your own discretion, replace f2 with any other starter, replace bf2 with bf2d, and replace j122 and j21 with j21 and j3 (respectively), it will probably still work. Fatal blow combos have no mashing.
Baraka, Reiko, Johnny Cage, Kung Lao, and Havik are all discluded because they don't have any launchers with Shujinko (Havik does but it sucks). Omni-Man and Quan Chi are discluded because I don't have any DLC.
f3 kinda works as a starter in place of f2 against Kitana, Mileena, Tanya, Scorpion, Reptile, Li Mei, Geras, General Shao, Sindel, Raiden, Liu Kang, and Ashrah. Rain and Sub-Zero work as well, but only when the f3 places them in the corner. Note that it probably won't work with anyone on combos that need 2 bars or more.
Last thing before the combos: I probably won't post any dark debuff combos because the routes are usually obvious and they take eons to lab.
