Breakthrough - Sorcerer Armour Bug with Quan Chi: Sorceror

Quan will seemingly tick the armour and flash yellow, but he will still get hit as if there was no armour.

Ive had this multiple times trying to armor through something it just does "tick " and still get hit

Why does he still have armor when you combo him? Aquaman trait all over again. Character is dumb.
