You can armour break many special moves on reaction with F34. With some exceptions such as Laos cyclone. I also imagine there are special moves that it can armour break but only if you make that read after knockdown. I don't know as I haven't tested every move. Also this is risky as F34 is - 10 and F3 is - 20.
