Anybody know of consistent counters and punishes agaisnt Kano?

So I've been playing against alot of kano recently in KL and I think I've figured out the match up but I can seem to figure out how to consistently counter/punish him. If anyone can provide any advice on how to properly punish the following strings that would be greatly appreciated:

2,2,1+3
2,4,1+3
f1,2,b2
f2,ud4
bf,3amp

I hate to break it to you, but even Kano is allowed to have safe strings. Hes bottom tier enough as is. Not everything has to be punishable. That being said:

2,2,1+3 - Flawless blockable gap.

2,4, 1+4 - Flawless blockable gap. Also lets you OS tick throw, making it nearly useless on block.

f1,2, b2 - f1,2 is a super slow high. It doesn't even hit a crouch block... You can always d1, d2, d2, d4, etc.

f2, ud4- The ud4 wont come out on block. F2 in general can't cancel on block. And F2 is -14. This is a very straightforward punish.

bf3 amp - just don't get hit by it? Otherwise its -12 and very punishable. No amp is even worse at -18.

Now there. Go beat on poor defenseless Kano. Wanker.

241+3 is -4 on block, so most Kano's will D1 and then either go for Lumbar, grab or go for another 241+3 and he's in perfect range for lumbar check or B3.

I do F1,2 since some people just let me do it for free, but most Kanos will usually do F1 and it's safe on block (+1), and they can cancel into kano ball or command grab, or most likely a grab mix.

A lot of his strings start with highs so you wanna duck against him a lot, just make sure to let go of block if you read a lumbar check coming your way.
