The brawlpad is available and is tournament legal because it syncs to the dongle not the ps3/ps4.

This will work with PS4 Right i just read that PS3 controllers dont usually work with PS4.

By itself, no. You have 2 options:
1. Sync to the game with you dual shock 4 and the plug in the madcatz pad. It will work as a legacy controller only on MKX. I dont know how well because I have not used this pad.

2. Build a DIY converter (http://testyourmight.com/threads/diy-converters-to-use-ps3-and-360-controllers-on-ps4-or-xb1.48521/ )
