If tested, thanks for the test. It being an anti-air, the block into TU is not really relevant. It's more for when you misjudge it and throw it out a little late and the opponent becomes grounded. Woulda been nice have it be zero risk, but if one practices the right distances, itll end up being zero risk anyway
